Easy Share Code (“the App”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

When you use Easy Share Code, we may process the following data:

• Your UK share code
• Your full name
• Your date of birth

We do not collect any other personal information.

2. Purpose of Processing

We use this data solely to generate a digital wallet pass on your device.

• The information is transmitted securely to our backend service.
• We do not permanently store this information on our servers or databases.
• Once the pass is generated and returned, the data is not retained.

3. Data Retention

We do not keep or archive your personal data. No logs are kept containing share codes, names, or dates of birth.

4. Security

All communication between the App and our backend is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.

5. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, we process your data only on the basis of contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b)): providing the service you request (generating a wallet pass).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing

Because we do not store your data, most rights are fulfilled automatically.
